Brandenburger Home Inspections, LLC

     Pricing is determined by square footage and age of the home.  Home Inspections take 3 - 4 hours.  Payment is expected at the time of inspection, cash or check.  Reports are emailed within 24 hours of completion of the Home Inspection and a paper copy is mailed within 2 days.  Reports include pictures and only information specific to the house being inspected.  The inspector is available to answer any questions you may have about the report.

A Home Inspection - A Definition

A home inspection is a visual examination and analysis of readily accessible componets of a building's present condition.  The inspection will examine and observe the condition and components of the exterior and interior of the building which includes the grounds, the structure, and the mechanical systems to determine structural defects, broken and obsolete components, damage due to water, wear and tear, and other conditions.
